What is artforclick?

artforclick.com is a division of 3B Software Ltd — it is a website that allows you to order custom made artful greeting cards for various occasions. We cover everything from Christmas, Easter, Mother’s Day to anniversary and birthday cards.

How can I place an order?

Simply browse our collection of cards and when you have made up your mind about a card you want to purchase click on “Add to Cart” to add it to your shopping cart. You can then either go directly to checkout and pay for it or add more carts if you need to purchase more than a card.

How do I pay for my order(s)?

We take payments through PayPal which means you can rest assure that your transaction is processed safely and securely and your credit card details are safe. For details on security of these transaction please visit www.paypal.com.

By using PayPal we allow our customers to use any of their debit or credit cards (including but not limited to Switch, Visa, Delta, MasterCard and American Express) in a safe and secure manner.

Where do you ship your orders?

Currently we only ship in the UK — therefore orders that are placed for abroad will not be accepted.

Does the recipient of the card have to be me?

No. If you want, you can order a card and have it sent to yourself (in which you probably will write the message on the inside yourself), however, we also offer you a facility where you can select a message to be written on the inside of the card and have it shipped to the recipient directly — as long as the recipient is in the UK.

Can I add a personalized message to the card ordered?

Yes, simply fill in the message in the box provided underneath each card and then click “Add to Cart”. Alternatively leave it blank if you want to fill it in yourself.

What about postage costs?

The package and posting costs are included in the cost of the card.

We ship all cards 1st class using the Royal Mail postal service. For more details see the “Postage” section on our website.

What if I am unhappy with my order?

What are the little stars underneath each product name?

They are a way to allow our customers to rate our products. If you have bought an item through our website, please consider rating it using our website — with 1 star being the lowest (not satisfied with the product) and 5 stars being the highest rating (very satisfied with the product). This way other customers can benefit from your experience of ordering our products.

To provide a rating for a product, simply click on the stars you want to “award” to our product — the leftmost star being the minimum rating (1) and the right-most one giving the maximum rating of 5 stars. As you move the mouse over the 5 stars present you will notice that they change colors, giving a visual indication as to how many stars you are about to “award” for the current product. Note that you can only vote for a product in this way just once, in order to prevent abuse.

Also bear in mind that you can leave comments underneath each product you might have ordered from us — which provides another way for our customers to leave us feedback.
